Bill got his start managing his family’s apartment buildings scattered throughout Chicago’s northwest side and surrounding suburbs. Early on Bill could be found mowing lawns and performing general maintenance while learning all aspects of property management. After graduating from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Sales and Marketing, Bill began working for a Fortune 100 company specializing in information technology. While building a strong business acumen, it was evident that Bill’s passion was not sitting behind a desk but being out in the field and building relationships. Bill sought out a mentor who could provide him the knowledge he needed to begin building his real estate portfolio. While partnering with a well know local real estate developer, Bill was able to develop a deep understanding of real estate acquisition, renovations and operations. After encountering the good and the bad in the real estate industry, Bill knew there was a need for a knowledgeable, trust-worthy and reliable brokerage to do business with. Hence City Way Realty was born. In his spare time Bill enjoys spending time boating and traveling with his wife Nicole and two children.
